Refund & Returns Policy

Handcrafted to order
Every seal stone and pendant is hand-finished to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed and requires 3–5 business days before the order is ready to ship. Natural stone varies in color, grain, and inclusions; these variations are part of the character of each piece.

Cancellations
You may request cancellation by emailing 1639348224@qq.com before production begins. Once hand-finishing or personalized engraving or design work has started, the order cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Eligible returns and exchanges
Because our pieces are made to order, personalized or customized items are final sale except where the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a confirmed workmanship defect. Non-personalized items may be eligible for a return or exchange requested within 30 days after delivery, provided they are unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
Please contact us at 1639348224@qq.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund and provide return instructions where needed. Do not return an item before we approve the request.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and, if approved, submit the refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt. Refunds generally appear within 7 business days after submission. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Original shipping charges and duties or taxes are not refundable unless required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
